Management

Taj Palau Manager, Robert John Scaria, originally from Kerala in Southern India has devoted most of his time in Palau to building a following amongst locals and visitors to Palau. He prides himself on providing customers with a memorable experience everytime they visit.

Kitchen Staff

The Taj kitchen staff, Balam Singh, Govind SIngh and Balbir Singh, are from Northern India which is reflected in the style of cuisine served at The Taj Palau. The lead chef, Balam Singh, has been with the Taj since day one and he takes great pride in insuring that the dishes his team prepares are authentic, flavorful and always fresh.

Dining and Bar Staff

Our waitresses and bartenders,from the Philippines and India, are always available to provide you with the best possible and most attentive services.
